  • Pipe Repair Clamp is composed of 2 cast iron plates,2 rubber liners for sealing ,5 bolts and 1 thread plug.Working pressure up to 1Mpa(10 bar).Cast iron lasts longer when it is installed underground,Compared with other pipe repair clamps,it has better sealing effect and higher pressure,and both sides are connected to make the pressure more even.
  • Pipe elbow repair clamps are suitable for PPR elbows,PE elbows,and iron elbows.but it is not suitable for welded steel pipe elbows.it is easy and convenient to use,no need to stop the water,no need to cut the water.it saves a lot of labor and time,and quickly achieve the purpose of plugging the leak.
  • First,please check the outer diameter of your pipes,The outside diameter of 2-1/2 inch pipe is not 2.5 inch, it is about 76mm/3 inch. Second,please make sure your elbow size is smaller than the internal dimensions of this pipe repair clamp.
  • Note:This pipe repair clamp is not suitable for welded steel pipe elbows,because the welded steel pipe elbow is a long radius elbow which has a larger radius.Please check the outer diameter of the leaking elbow,leakage area length and front-to-back distance,make sure you have enough space for the installation.
